Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Lafayette-area fulfillment partner. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.
Delivery areas
We ship TV mounts and accessories anywhere in the United States. Local delivery or pickup may be available in Lafayette and surrounding Acadiana cities for install-bundle customers.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over $75 ship free via standard ground shipping. Orders under $75 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee.
Returns
Unused mounts and accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Items that have been installed, damaged, or are missing parts are not eligible for return.
